Abstract Organizational learning has become a major concern to researchers and practitioners in today’s business world. More researchers are focusing on how to facilitate organizational learning through the improvement of individual learning. Even though individual learning is improved and the learning outcomes are sustained in an organization, it is not necessary for the organization to function better. Organizations are now focusing on feedback loops to learn more of their organizations. Through feedback loops, both employees and management get a sense on the performance and quality the organization is producing as a whole. Organizational learning as a whole is a feedback system of those interlocked behaviors between various learning feedback loops. As each learning cycle and process is to be treated as reorganizing feedback, there has to be mechanisms in place in order to achieve the tasks’ objectives. â€Å"The technical view assumes that organizational learning is about the effective processing, interpretation of, and response to, information both inside and outside the organization (Smith, 2001).† Possible impediments and difficulties in an organizational learning feedback system are identified and suggestions are made to researchers and practitioners interested in organizational learning for further endeavors. There are a number of feedback loops that are present in every organization. They are necessary for both providing and gathering important information to complete work. Feedback loops are cyclical and significant part of keeping lines of communication and collaboration, open within the organization and outside in the community with clients and stakeholders (Harick, 2014).† They are also an element of effective management.
